Made by hand with love at Old Bird.
Ingredients: Ground pork, Wonton wrapper (wheat flour, water, egg, kansui, food color), Ginger, Rice vinegar, Cornstarch, Sesame oil, Salt, Egg, White Pepper.
Contains: Egg, Wheat, Sesame.
Keep frozen. 300 g.
Cooking Instruction: Carefully place wontons (usually 10-15 wontons for each person) into boiling water without crowding, and cook for 6-9 minutes after they float to the surface or until they reach internal temperature of 74 C (165 F). It's best to serve with 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil and chopped green onions, or better yet, also add 1 tsp of Old Bird's chili oil with a touch of vinegar and sugar to taste.
Prepared in a facility that also uses milk, mustard, peanuts, crustaceans and mollusks, fish, soy, sulphites, tree nuts, and triticale.

When can we pick up the dumplings?
We will notify you when it's ready to be picked up. They are usually available to be picked up at Old Bird the next business day during business hours at 3950 Main Street, Vancouver, BC.
Do you add MSG or other preservatives?
Nope. We use the best ingredients and we don't add any other additives.
